Full Time, 40 Hour - CDP - Chef de Partie

Crabwall Manor Hotel & Spa is an historic 17th Century Manor House. The hotel boasts of 55 well appointed rooms, as well as a Leisure Spa Swimming Pool, Steam room, Jacuzzi, and Conference facilities up to 150. The hotel is proud to be included within the most stunning and popular wedding venues in Cheshire

Crabwall Manor Hotel & Spa offers you free parking and is just five minutes’ drive from the M56 motorway, and a 3-mile drive from Chester’s historical city.

We are currently growing our kitchen team and looking for a CDP to support our functions and restaurant.

As Chef de Partie , key attributes / experience required are:

  • Previous Chef de Partie experience essential
  • Candidates require a good all-round background to include restaurant service and experience of catering for conference and banqueting also.
  • You will mainly be in charge of the day to day running of a specific section of the kitchen
  • Good organisation, stock control and food hygiene control are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Passion for high quality food
