Role Overview

You will be the first point of contact for our Spa & Leisure guests and members and will be responsible for creating memorable guest journeys

Knowledge on pool plant room procedures is desirable

Number of classes held during the week with regular members and hotel residents

Ensuring cleanliness of work area and changing rooms

The post holder will have a great phone manner as well as face-to-face interaction, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed our guests' expectations. We need real ambassadors of our company who are committed to consistently delivering high standards and ensuring our guests feel relaxed and pampered.
